Countdown!

This is the countdown week in the chub club like the "last chance workout" is on "The Biggest Loser" show. As of today I am officially down 8 lbs! I hope that by Saturday when we turn in our percentages I can lose at least one or two more! Of course that means I need to move this body alot more than I have been! I would have last week, but with that stupid cold and stuff I could'nt. My goals today are to finish gutting out and cleaning my bedroom. I've been working on it forever! Take the mutts out for a walk....they've been begging me all morning! Get all of the laundry done, and do my "Turbo Jam" exercises. I've only done them once, but I like them. Last night Alison and I went to the movie, "He's just not that into you." We liked it...more than we thought we would. It's nice to go to the movies when there are only a few people there. Monday night I started reading a book titled, "The year of the fog". I knew by the third chapter I was going to be in trouble! It was so good I could'nt put it down! I read from 11:00 p.m. till 4:00 a.m. Finished the whole book! I had to get up at 7:00 a.m. for work yesterday, so reading all night was a really stupid thing for me to do! I was such a tired mess the whole day! However, I made up for it today and slept in till 10:00! Well, time is of the essence if I want to get all these things done today! The countdown is on.. . .
