Sunday Sluggin

Sunday is supposed to be a day of worship and rest, but that isn't how it works for me. It's more like. . . Hurry to start dinner before church, hurry to get ready for church, hurry to church, hurry to get home from church, hurry to finish dinner, hurry to cleanup after dinner! It's just another day of hurrying and work for me! This Sunday however, I'm still sick, so I'm not hurrying anything! I slept in, ate breakfast, made my bed, and now I'm writting here. I feel like I'm in slow motion, like a slug. Everything takes huge effort to do. My head is full of snot, (gottta love that!) , my chest is heavy and my eyes are runny. The good thing is, I can't taste, so that's been good for my diet! I like to look at the upside of things if I can. :) The Oscars are on tonight. Ali and I are excited because Hugh Jackman is hosting! YESSSSSS! He is one fine piece of male skin! Also, we love to see, (and judge), the hairstyles and gowns the movie stars wear. :) I guess I really don't care who wins what..except for Heath Ledger. I think he should win best supporting actor. I'd think that even if he were still alive. He did a fantastic job as the Joker! He has been a favorite actor of mine since the movie "A Knights Tale". Well, my family will be home in an hour, so I guess I'll slug in to the kitchen and get dinner in the oven. Slug...slug....slug...
