Bittersweet Friday

Dont we all love Fridays? I usually do, however today has been a tough day! First thing this morning while doing Aunt LaRae's hair she tells me that Tish has cancer again. She has three grape sized lumps in her chest cavity and has to have chemo again. The good thing is the lumps arent in any organs. Next, Rada tells me that Vada (twin sister clients of mine) has had a mini stroke and has to go to a rest home. Vada is so sweet and has been driving Rada out to my shop to get her hair done for a year or more now. Then, I found out that Duane Hall (member of our ward) is dying of congestive heart failure. He has been so good to my boys and helped them so much in scouting. In fact, Bryce wouldnt have his eagle if it werent for Duane. Im counting my blessings! Life can be so great and so hard at the same time. Heres the great for me...down 4 lbs.! Probably water weight , but I dont care, Ill take it! :) In case I havent mentioned...I have a fabulous family and I love them all so much ! That includes my extended family too! Good luck to Darlene in her recovery from surgery! So happy it went well! Last, but not least... Friday night is chinese take out, and yes, I saved up calorie space. Happy Friday yall!
